This All-American Selections winner is a proven variety that has become a staple in vegetable gardens across the country. These high-producing bush beans are the green beans that you’ve been searching for!
Derby green beans are sure to be a favorite in your summer garden. These bush type beans don’t require trellising. Derby beans are easily harvest from the plant. You’ll notice the beans practically slip off of the stem without pulling on the plant.
Beans are long, straight and plump pods that are up to 7″ long. The beans retain excellent quality and are resistant to Common Bean Mosaic. Sturdy 18″ plants don’t require support like runner beans.
Green beans are versatile, very easy to grow and packed with protein and nutrients. They are ideal for both eating fresh or preserving. Preserving green beans is easy. Simply can them with a pressure canner or freeze them to enjoy all winter long.
Germination time: 6-10 days. Expect harvestable beans 55 days after direct sowing. Sow seeds 1″ deep, spaced 2″ apart. Thin seeds so plants are 5-6″ apart with 24-36″ spacing between rows.

This takes around 7-30 days to reach most countries in the world. Please notice us if you want to use different way of shipping. But kindly be aware that international currier like DHL, UPS, Fedex, TNT cannot ship seeds easily from China. So normally we dont use their service for plant seeds for sale online delivery.
Returns & Refunds
If seeds fail to leave China, we will refund your payment 100%. But if seeds fail to reach you due to customs problem on your side which we were not informed in advance, we will not be able to bear any loss, and no refund will be made.We sell only viable plants seeds online, and test germination of our seeds from time to time. So we will not be able to refund for seeds that clients fail to germinate, unless we are convinced that it's truly problem of our seeds.
